Live Talk with Mr. Yang, IP March

After 12 years, the new Chinese Patent Law is about to come into effect and detailed rules are being formulated. This raises important questions which will be addressed in the talk such as, how it can contribute to the increasingly better IP enforcement in China and what is the role of the government in the creation of the IP landscape. Since China is also becoming a world leader in digital technologies, it is interesting to see how it influences the use of IP for the protection of digital business models at the Big Tech companies in China.
