The MIPLM Industry Case Studies aim to document European best practices in IP management, applied within varying industries and companies of different sizes. The CEIPI Master’s programme in Intellectual Property Law and Management (MIPLM) has been training IP professionals in IP management since 2006. In this programme, students can learn strategy development for IP organisation and implementation of IP strategies, integration of IP into corporate innovation management, IP-based business development, and leadership skills.

Our IP management case studies, which come directly from the industry, provide practical insights and cover specific cases in real companies.
