Since 2020 the DIN 77006 and ISO 56005 are in effect. They are quality standards to design digital use cases and other solutions like apps, customer journeys and business models to make them patentable and free of third-party rights. This university seminar by CEIPI explains how to apply that approach in praxis with many concrete case examples and experiences. It is free of charge. The seminar will take place online on 21 April 2022 from 14:00 pm to 15:30 pm (CET).

The online seminar is part of the IP-Management series at CEIPI which gives insight into the state of discussion to all current topics of IP-Management. The seminars show the current state of IP-Management with example case studies from the European industry and make the connection to the established management theories. Every two months, different IP-Management topics are presented and discussed.

Intellectual property is becoming increasingly important today, especially within digital business models. It is no longer just physical inventions that are protected against imitation, but an exclusive customer experience is designed. The aim of this seminar is to show how to design digital solutions in such a way that they become patentable by applying the DIN77006 standard.
