You can look forward to these tasks:

  • Drafting patent applications in various technical fields such as e.g. electrical engineering and mechanical engineering
  • Replying to official letters from the EPO and/or the DPMA
  • Drafting oppositions
  • Representation before Patent Offices
  • Individual support for our clients
  • Collaboration in the litigation area

This is who we are looking for:

  • Registered patent attorney (m/f/d) and/or European Patent Attorney or a patent attorney candidate in the office year
  • A degree in physics, mechanical engineering or electrical engineering
  • You can present complex technical contexts in a concise and understandable way
  • You have a systematic way of working, analytical thinking and a service-oriented appearance
  • A good knowledge of German and English (if you speak other foreign languages, we won’t say no!)
