What you can expect:

Independent processing of all patent law matters within electronic products:

  • New and further development of the IP strategy, including AI-driven technologies and modern business model methods
  • Obtaining, advocating and enforcing technical property rights, including consulting of technical areas within the company
  • Supervision of the inventor and the corresponding departments in questions of industrial property protection
  • Processing of invention reports and preparation of patent applications
  • Independent support of the registration and test procedures as well as the objection and complaint procedures before German and European authorities of industrial property protection
  • Cooperation with foreign correspondence attorneys to support foreign registration and granting procedures
  • Processing of patent infringement matters including negotiations with third parties with the involvement of external legal support

What we expect from you:

  • University degree in natural sciences with a focus on electronics
  • Patent attorney and / or authorized European representative specializing in electronics
  • First work experience in a comparable position is desirable
  • Affinity for the agricultural engineering industry
  • Very good written and spoken English
